The ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Exam can be taken on paper or online after completing either the traditional classroom or the online training. It is a secured and proctored exam, approved by the Connecticut Department of Public Health to meet the QFO requirements and is also accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)-Conference for Food Protection (CFP).
