ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification

The ServSafe® food safety program is the premier training curriculum for the hospitality industry. This curriculum is presented throughout the United States in either a two-day or one-day program.The one-day program requires participants to complete a minimum of 8 hours of class.This program provides the latest science-based information for managers and food handlers to safely receive, store, prepare, cook, hold, cool, reheat and serve food.

The National Registry of Food Safety Professional examination has been developed following the strictest test development procedures. The Certified Food Safety Manager examination is accredited by the American National Standards Institute using standards set by the Conference for Food Protection.

National Registry's exam is accepted in all states and jurisdictions that recognize those standards. That accreditation is also your assurance of quality in the development and maintenance of the exams.
